We’re proud to support your shed and want to hear how our grant supported your project impacted your community and how the grant monies were spent.

Grant acquittal

Sheds successful in our small grants program are required to submit an acquittal at the end of your project to report on the outcomes and expenditure of funds provided by Men’s Sheds of WA.

Acquittals are to be submitted using the form below. You can save your work as you go using the ‘save and continue later’ feature and complete the form in several sessions.

The acquittals process is very straight forward and the Men’s Sheds of WA Project Officer, Jaxon, is available to guide you through the process.
