Join us at the Gosnells Women’s Collective where our mission is to empower each member with the confidence and skill to wield machinery and hand tools like a pro. But, we’re not just about creating things; we’re also about building connections, increasing women’s independence and confidence, and breaking down the barriers that too often keep women from exploring their potential in crafting and DIY projects.

In May 2024, our doors at 27 Birchington Street, Beckenham WA, will open to anyone eager to learn, collaborate, and grow. Whether you’re a seasoned hand or have never picked up a screwdriver in your life, there’s a place for you here. We understand that stepping into a workshop can be daunting – concerns about not fitting in, not having enough experience, or simply not knowing where to start are common. Our shed is new and a bit different in this regard, and we are looking to run a series of beginner workshops, so all our members learn together in a supportive environment.

We’re more than a shed, we’re a community. Beyond access to tools and workshop space, we aim to offer social events tthat foster deeper connectionsnd provide skill development opportunities that go beyond the workbench.
