Apply to our small grants program

Sheds are strongly encouraged to contact our Project Officer to discuss your application before applying to ensure it aligns with the following areas:

• participation (more members/more supporters)
• volunteering (more helpers)
• shed diversity (more people from more backgrounds)
• social isolation and loneliness improved sense of community connection (members feel better about their lives).

Grants are subject to panel approval. Unsuccessful sheds will receive feedback following the panel’s decision.

Grant application timeline

Round 4 of our small grants program opened on 2 November and closed at midnight, 31 December 2022. Applicants will be notified of the outcome shortly.
