Small grants acquittal tool
Sheds successful in our small grants program are required to submit an acquittal at the end of your project to report on the outcomes and expenditure of funds provided by Men’s Sheds of WA.
Acquittals are to be submitted using the form below. You can save your work as you go using the ‘save and continue later’ feature and complete the form in several sessions.
The due date to complete the acquittal is documented in your successful grant application information.
Submitting this acquittal is the responsibility of grant recipients. Failure to do so will result in your shed being ineligible for further grants through this program.
What you will need to complete this form
To help you complete this acquittal form, make sure you have the following information on hand:
- Financial information, e.g., receipts or paid invoices for all expenditure.
- Information regarding other contributors to your project’s success.
- Confirmation the activity took place e.g., photos, feedback forms.
