Our new strategic plan
Our new Strategic Plan is our blueprint to guide how we want to achieve our goals and how we want to show up in 2024.
This Plan was developed following consultation with our Board, members and stakeholders.
We have decided on four key priority areas that will guide our operations over the next four years:
- Wellbeing and health
- Community
- Organisation
- Representation
These priorities are supported by goals that will organise and prioritise our efforts moving forward.
Our new vision statement captures what drives us forward:
That all men have the opportunity to join a Men’s Shed community, enhancing their health and wellbeing and enriching their lives and the lives of people in the local community.
