Annual General Meeting 2022
Our AGM will be held:
Date: Monday 31 October 2022
Time: we will be providing a light lunch from 12:30 and the AGM will start at 1pm
Location: RAAFA Club, Air Force Memorial Estate, 2 Bull Creek Drive, Bull Creek
Cost: Free
Board member nominations
At this AGM, nominations are called to fill 2 positions on the Board for a 3-year term. Nominations for these positions must be from a member of a Shed that is a current financial member of Men’s Sheds of WA. Nominations need to be returned to us by 17 October 2022.
Anyone interested in nominating for a Board position, must complete the application form and submit a short biography. We recommend you read the position statement before applying.
Proxy forms
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a proxy, who will represent you at the AGM, by completing and returning the attached proxy form.
